REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Zoga Enterprise LLC/Dream Builders has a no refund or exchange policy.  Since the products made available are

intangible, we cannot accept any request for refunds. As our service are digital products, it is deemed "used" after 

being emailed, downloaded and/or opened. 

If you are not happy with our services, your only recourse is to unsubscribe from using the  services. 

If you choose to stop using our services before the end of your billing cycle, you understand and accept that we will 

not be able to offer a refund, whether partially or in full, for the remaining part of your cycle.
 
For the sake of emphasis, we do not provide refunds, credit, or prorated billing for any canceled
subscription.
